Returns and refunds
At Wildkind, we want tails wagging and noses happy. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Change of Mind or Fussy Eater?
If your dog turns up their nose or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can return treats within 30 days of purchase. We’ll offer a refund, store credit, or a replacement of equal value. Return postage is at your cost and non-refundable.
To be eligible:
• Treats must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging; or
• At least 90% of the product must remain if opened
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
• Received the wrong item? Let us know with your order number and a photo
• Treats arrived faulty or damaged? Snap a photo and email us so we can assess the issue
If we agree something's gone wrong, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.
Bugs or Mould?
Our treats are 100% natural and air-dried, so they’re more sensitive to moisture. Be sure to store them in a cool, dry place and in an airtight container.
If you spot anything suspicious, send us photos—we’ll take a look and make it right.
Natural Variations in Size, Colour or Chew Time
Just like wild animals, our treats come in all shapes, sizes, and colours.
• Colour differences? Totally normal.
• Smaller than expected? Let us know with a photo.
• Chew didn’t last long? Some dogs are just power chewers!.
We’re happy to assess anything you’re unsure about.
